Competition Terms & Conditions


  1. Eligibility
  • This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  1. How to Enter
  • Participants must complete the competition entry form with their full name, email address, and phone number. Phone number will only be used to notify the winner and not for marketing purposes.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  1. Prize
  • The prize is a family portrait session at Elizabeth Faye Photography’s studio worth £60 including a 5x7 mounted print.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • The session includes up to one hour of photography and a 5x7 mounted print. Additional products or services, such as framed prints, wall art or digital files are not included and can be purchased separately.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • The competition closes at midnight on 31st January 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
  • The winner will be selected at random on 1st February 2025.
  • The winner will be announced on Instagram (@elizabethfayephoto) and notified via email or phone on 1st February 2025.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
  1. Redeeming the Prize
  • The prize must be booked and the session completed within three months of the winner being announced, subject to studio availability.
  • Elizabeth Faye Photography reserves the right to offer an alternative date or time if necessary.
  1. Consent for Promotional Use
  • By entering the competition, participants agree that photos and videos from the session may be used by Elizabeth Faye Photography for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • The winner may also be asked to provide a testimonial for promotional use.
  1. Data Protection
  • By entering, participants agree to their contact details being stored and used for the purposes of the competition and for receiving marketing communications from Elizabeth Faye Photography.
  • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties.
  1. Disqualification
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will not be valid.
  • Elizabeth Faye Photography reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have breached these terms and conditions.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Elizabeth Faye Photography is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or other issues beyond its control that prevent participation in the competition.
  1. Right to Amend
  • Elizabeth Faye Photography reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
